Epicure's Hot & Spicy Baked Yam Fries

4 large yams, scrubbed, unpeeled and cut into thin wedges
2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
1 Tbsp (15 ml) Epicure’s Louisiana Hot & Spicy Dip Mix
Epicure’s Sea Salt, to taste
Epicure’s Black Pepper, to taste
Epicure’s Red Garlic Sansel™, to taste
1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
2. Toss yams in oil and Louisiana Hot & Spicy Dip Mix and place in a single layer on a Epicure's Parchment-lined baking sheet. Coarsely grind Sea Salt and Pepper over top.
3. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn yam wedges over and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are crisp and golden. Sprinkle with Red Garlic Sansel™ and serve hot.
